Editing Process
Editing WYLD (2025) - the first Swiss split-screen feature film - was unlike anything I had done before. I had to learn to play a new instrument: three images running in parallel, all needing to connect emotionally while remaining clear and readable for the audience. It took me two weeks to “crack” this instrument, but once it clicked, the process became pure joy. Working closely with director Ralph Etter, the film’s complexity sharpened my sense of rhythm and structure to the point that every edit since has felt almost effortless in comparison.
